Wedding Dress Cleaning - BOOKING DEPOSIT ONLY

We work with a specialist wedding dress cleaning company who collect from us every couple of weeks.

This deposit is to pre-book your wedding dress cleaning to make sure timescales are available and your time is reserved. This is NOT the fee for your dress to be cleaned, however this deposit will be taken off the cost of the cleaning.

THE PROCESS:

• Bring your dress to us with this receipt
• We will arrange for the cleaning company to collect your dress from us
• They will asses any marks and the level of dirt and create a quote depending on the work required, the fabrics and number of layers in your dress
• They give you a quote over the phone, usually between £100 and £250 and if you are happy with the quote you pay them directly (minus this deposit)
• Your dress is cleaned and returned to us by an agreed date ready for you to collect

If you know you have a small window to get your wedding dress cleaned we do advise you pre-book your slot so that you can make sure the time is reserved for you. When pre-booked, it is not unusual to be able to cleaning your wedding dress within a week (or less with agreement). The standard process is usually 4 weeks but can be longer in busy periods.
